JA’MOIRE will exchange if the requested item is available or refund all non-sale items within 20 days from order date. The customer must request a return/exchange form at email@example.com and return the completed form together with the items to: JA’MOIRE Customer Care, Room 504, 5/F, Block A, Tonic Industrial Center 26 Kai Cheung Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong
All items must be purchased from jamoire.com and returned new and unworn, including original packaging with hang tags attached. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges via the courier of their choice. There will be no shipping charge for exchange orders. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment. Customers will be reimbursed if there was a mistake on the part of JA’MOIRE, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, the customer will be refunded for both delivery and return shipping charges. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. JA’MOIRE will not refund international duties and taxes.
